DCI's founder, Staci Dresher, is a certified workplace investigator (AWI-CH) with broad experience investigating allegations of workplace misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and bullying. Her background as a private investigator also provides a unique skill set to get former employees, consultants and other knowledgeable parties to speak with her when they are not legally mandated to cooperate with an investigation.
DCI further conducts internal corporate investigations to look into allegations of fraud, kickback schemes, conflicts of interests and bribery at the workplace, often related to a potential violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
